Roundtrip Shipping Inclusions and Conditions:

• Roundtrip shipping is usually included in the product price for commercial business locations in the lower 48 states.
• Specific conditions must be met, such as accessibility for a 53-foot semi-truck, presence for signature and core return, and no liftgate or inside delivery requested.
• Residential addresses may incur an additional fee for delivery.
• Additional charges apply for areas like New York, Long Island, Cape Cod, Florida Keys, and surrounding regions.

 

Additional Fees and Services:

• Alaska and Hawaii shipping are available at extra costs; customers should contact Powertrain Supplies LLC for estimates.
• International shipping is possible with different terms; pricing and warranty details can be obtained by calling the company.
• Requests for special delivery services or location changes will result in extra fees borne by the customer.

 

Returns Policy:

• Returns accepted for 90 days

Special Order Items and Installed Items:

• Special order or build items are non-returnable.
• Installed items cannot be returned.

 

Core Pick-ups: Cores must be returned or paid in full to maintain warranty coverage. Failure to return cores or pay for them forfeits warranty rights. Cores must be returned within six months from the date of purchase.

Shipping Outside Lower 48 or Special Items: Shipping outside the lower 48 states requires coordination with sales representatives. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, fees beyond freight forwarders.
